Over the past 18+ years, I’ve learned that the best TPMs don’t just run programs. They build the systems that make programs repeatable.
I’ve had the opportunity to do that work across companies like Amazon, Salesforce, Box and SentinelOne. I’ve built Product Operations and TPM functions from scratch and been trusted to drive some of the highest-priority initiatives, taking products from prototype to general availability.
Today, I write about what it takes to be an effective TPM in the AI era: the skills, frameworks, and lessons required to ship AI products responsibly.
When I’m not building operating frameworks, I’m usually running. Long-distance running taught me the same lesson as scaling organizations: sustainable pace beats heroic sprints. I’m based in Seattle and currently exploring what’s next.

The goal is always to make execution repeatable and resilient long after a single initiative ends.
